- Double safety locks: Cartridge valves are installed in the hydraulic cylinders, and safety pins are installed in the automatic quick couplers, preventing detachment due to pressure loss if oil pipes are accidentally broken.
- Long service life and high safety factors of hydraulic cylinders: Welded with high tensile welding wire and fully automatic welding, piston rods made of SCM440 alloy steel with surface hardening up to HRC60; seals can withstand high pressures up to 5000psi.
- Long service life: Bodies and chucks are made of 100kg grade quenched and tempered high tensile strength steel with hardness up to HRC43, resisting wear and deformation over long periods of use.
- Accurate positions of the safety pins: Bodies are manufactured by high-precision processing machines, ensuring accurate position and hole tolerances for excellent parts interchangeability.
