The chrome plated OD tube is a hollow steel tube hard chrome plated on its outer diameter, reaching HV850+ surface hardness with a 15–20μm chrome layer. It's used mainly for telescopic cylinder barrels and exposed hard chrome plated bars that require external wear and corrosion resistance.
