The induction hardened chrome plated bar combines a 0.5–1.5mm induction-hardened core with a hard chrome surface layer, reaching HRC 55±2 hardness. It offers greater fatigue and impact resistance than standard hard chrome plated bars, making it suited for heavy-duty, high-cycle hydraulic cylinders.
